BANK FREEDOM BILL PAY USEFUL TIPS

Useful Bill Pay tips to assist you in paying your bills on time:

• On the payment date you schedule the money will be deducted from your Bank Freedom Prepaid Visa^® card account to pay a bill. You have full control over your money until that payment date so be careful not to spend the amount scheduled for payment prior to that date.

• The payment date is the actual date the payment begins processing. It is NOT the date the payee will receive your payment. In order to avoid late fees, schedule your payments at least four (4) business days before a bill is due to ensure that the payment arrives on time.

• Your Bank Freedom prepaid card account balance on the payment date must be more than the entire bill payment amount scheduled, or your payment will fail. You will not be charged NSF or overdraft fees if payment fails, but you will have to add money to your Bank Freedom card account and reschedule the payment.

• If a payment fails due to insufficient funds it is your responsibility to notify the payee immediately and make the necessary arrangements to reschedule that payment.
