Other:
Special research and documentation fee (may include authorization hold removal, card account verification, card account balancing, etc): Up to $25. Currency conversion: Up to 2.95% of transaction amount after conversion. Monthly maintenance fee direct deposit credit may be applied to the following month. If you decide to close your prepaid card account and request a check to bring your balance to zero, a $14.95 check fee will be applied.
