About Bank Freedom Bank FreedomONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets forth the terms of the online and mobile banking services (the “Services”) offered by Bank Freedom. By registering for any of these Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Your use of Service will be additional evidence of your agreement to the terms of this Agreement.

Registering for Service


When you register for Service for the first time you will be prompted to Enroll in Strong Authentication. Strong Authentication Enrollment helps protect your account and personal information from fraudulent activity. It provides you with visual cues when you sign on so that you know you are working on our website and it is safe to enter information. You will also be prompted to select personal confirmation questions. These questions may be used to confirm that you or an authorized individual is accessing your personal and financial information when attempting to login. You will be prompted to register your personal computer or the computer you commonly use to access your financial information which adds an additional security factor for protecting your personal and financial information. Computers are registered using a browser cookie. A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your hard drive to help Consumer Card Access ensure that only authorized individuals can access your information online. When you use a registered computer you can access your personal and financial information more quickly. The PC is recognized by the sign on process and you do not have to answer your confirmation questions to sign on. Registering public computers or computers that you use infrequently to access your personal and financial information is not recommended. When you do use unregistered computers, you are asked to answer your confirmation questions before you sign on to help protect your information from fraudulent use. Strong authentication ensures that only you or authorized individuals can access your financial information when using the Services.

When you enroll in Strong Authentication you may be prompted to create a User ID, password, passcode, PIN, security questions and/or other means of identification and authentication (collectively, "Password") to access our Services. We take reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality and security of your Password. Our Service is highly secure and designed to fully safeguard your personal and financial information. All information is entered and sent through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and held in an encrypted format at our processing center for added protection. It is your responsibility to limit access to your Password to persons you authorize to have access to your information. You agree to notify us immediately if you have any reason to believe your Password may be compromised. You agree to immediately change your Password if you know or suspect that your Password has been compromised in any way. We may require you to change your password from time to time. You agree to change the Password you select on a regular basis, but no less frequently than every 90 days. 

Responsibilities


You are responsible for keeping your User ID, password, passcode, PIN, security questions and/or other means of identification and authentication (collectively, "Password") confidential. We are entitled to act on transaction instructions received using your Password. Each time you make a transaction to anyone with a Service, you warrant that our security procedures are commercially reasonable. You agree to be bound by any transaction we receive through the Services, even if it is not authorized by you, if it includes your Password and or pin or is otherwise processed by us through our Services.
You agree to safeguard the security of your Password, personal information and computer systems from unauthorized use, intrusion, theft, personal negligence and prevent your Password from unauthorized discovery or use and agree you bear all risk of fraudulent transactions on your card account. Tell us at once if you believe your Password has been compromised or if someone has performed a transaction or may perform a transaction from your Service without your permission. The best way to minimize your loss is to call us immediately. The unauthorized use of the Services could cause you to lose all of your money in your card account.

Liability


You agree that we are authorized to execute any instruction received with your User ID, password, passcode, PIN, security questions and/or other means of identification and authentication. We will not reimburse you in connection with losses from unauthorized access to your Services that were caused by use of your User ID, password, passcode, PIN, security questions and/or other means of identification and authentication.
